Notice to Clients about Consumer Rights

In accordance with Texas law, including the Texas Health & Safety Code and applicable licensing regulations, clients of this practice have specific rights regarding their mental health care and protected health information.

Access to Records
Clients have the right to request copies of their mental health records, subject to applicable laws and professional standards. Requests for records may be submitted by contacting our office.

Licensure & Regulatory Oversight
Sarah Williams Viana, M.Ed., LPC is licensed by the State of Texas and is regulated by the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).
